The webcam is located in Truro, Cornwall, UK. It faces north-west towards the railway station, from close to the city centre and catches the evening sun.

Shown in the view are the roof tops of the Bosvigo, Richmond Hill, St George's, Hendra and Kenwyn areas.

The GWR Carvedras viaduct (1902) can also be seen, along with the Victorian church of St George the Martyr and the 15th century tower of Kenwyn parish church.
